7-Day Return Policy: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 897 Camuy, PR 00627.

Shipping Costs: If your return is accepted, you will need to cover the shipping cost. Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure that you follow these instructions to ensure a smooth return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but sometimes accidents happen. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. Our team will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned earlier, including the item being in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds: Returns are valid for store credit only. Refunds will not be issued.
